Welcome to A Different Business. My name is Niamh Guinness. I am a young person with multiple hidden disabilities and additional needs. I am currently studying business at college in Oxford. I write about neurodiversity, hidden disabilities and special needs from my own perspective. I advocate in particular for a better understanding of the strengths and needs of neurodiverse people in the business community.
