As a family what we struggled with most when turning 18 is CHANGE. Visit to the bank to change accounts. Child Yrust Fund access, savings account etc. Parents no longer have the right to go in for doctors appointments, so we had to address that, security questions clearance, removal of transport etc etc etc etc. (autism + non-reader)
